INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
These Regulations specify the rights and obligations of the parties to sales contracts concluded via the cezar@eu online shopping platform with the Seller.
By concluding an agreement with the Seller, the Customer expresses acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations and declares that the provision of services related to the purchased Goods before the deadline for withdrawal from the agreement takes place at his request.
The Seller sells Goods remotely using the method of providing services by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended, hereinafter referred to as as: u.ś.d.e.), pursuant to these Regulations.
The Buyer, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, may be either a natural person having the status of a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1145, as amended, hereinafter referred to as: Civil Code or Civil Code), a natural person running a business and purchasing Goods in in connection with this activity, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality.
The Regulations constitute an integral part of the sales contract concluded remotely with the Customer.
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
Price – gross amount in Polish zlotys or another currency that the Customer offered and paid for the ordered Goods. The price includes all public levies and fees and is the final and total amount to which the costs of delivery of the Goods are added.
Customer - an entity with full legal capacity, submitting an offer to purchase the Goods as part of the conclusion of a sales contract or intending to purchase the goods presented by the Seller on the cezar.eu website. Persons without legal capacity may make purchases only with the consent of their legal guardian.
Consumer - a natural person concluding a sales contract with the Seller, the subject of which is not directly related to his business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which a separate act grants legal capacity, conducting business activity, concluding a sales contract with the Seller.

Goods - items offered by the Seller as part of his business activities via the Online Store, which are the subject of a sales contract concluded with the Customer,
Sales Agreement - a contract for the sale of Goods concluded or concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store.
Distance sales contract - a sales contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organized system for concluding distance contracts, via the Online Store, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

The Customer can communicate with the Seller by phone between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Seller's offer, including viewing the assortment presented in the Online Store and placing orders for Goods, the following are necessary:
end device with access to the Internet and a web browser,
active e-mail account,
cookie support enabled.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS
New Goods are covered by a distance sales contract.
All Goods sold via the Online Store are marked with prices in amounts expressed in Polish zlotys or other currencies and include VAT.
The total price of the order consists of the price for the goods and the delivery costs of the Goods indicated in the Online Store.
The information disclosed in offers to purchase Goods presented in the Online Store does not constitute an offer understood in the light of Art. 66 and 6
