Therefore, if a Europallet is damaged, it is necessary to write a damage report. This notification is necessary so that we can take the appropriate measures and provide you with the best possible quality of our service.
You will find the file with the damage report to be completed on the Raben website and on the B2B website in the ‘Delivery Conditions’ tab.
